RUMOR 24 FASHION DISTRIBUTION AND MARKETING LTD (Company ID: 516991676) (“Thirty Degrees”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates this website and online store (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

 

1. Use of the Site

The Site is intended for users of legal age. Purchases on this website are available to individuals 18 years of age or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order if it is found that the purchaser is under 18.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information. We may refuse service or cancel orders if false or misleading information is provided or in case of misuse.

 

2. Products

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual colors, textures or finishes may vary due to screen settings or manual production.

 

3. Prices and Payments

All prices include VAT as required by Israeli law. We reserve the right to change prices, promotions or discounts at any time. Payment is processed through secure third-party providers (Shopify, credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay).

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery time within Israel: up to 5 business days from payment confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, force majeure, or events beyond our control.

Currently, no international shipping is available.

 

5. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds

  • New collection items (not on sale): refundable within 14 days from delivery.
  • Sale items: refundable within 5 days from delivery.
  • Refunds are accepted only for unused items in new condition, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

 

Exchanges

  • Items may be exchanged for another item of equal value within 14 days from delivery.
  • Exchanges are only accepted for unused items in original condition, in original packaging, with tags attached.

 

Cancellation Before Delivery

You may cancel your order after placing it and before it has been shipped by contacting us in writing and providing your full name and order number.

Cancellation requests can be sent via:

If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation request will be handled as a return after delivery, subject to the terms set out in this section (including eligibility conditions and fees, if applicable).

 

How to Request a Cancellation / Return

To request a cancellation, return, or exchange, the customer must contact us in writing within the relevant timeframe (as listed above) and include:

Return Process

Returns can be made in either of the following ways:

  1. Pickup / Shipment via our shipping company

    The customer may request a return pickup/shipment through our shipping company. To arrange this, please contact us in writing (see “How to Request a Cancellation / Return”). Any applicable shipping cost will be communicated and charged accordingly.

  2. Self-return (drop-off or post)

    The customer may return the item independently to the following address:

Cancellation Fees

  • 5% of the transaction value or 100 ILS (the lower of the two).
  • Orders with free shipping: customer will be charged 40 ILS shipping fee in addition to cancellation fee.
  • Items not meeting these requirements will not be accepted.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content (texts, images, logos, designs, etc.) are owned by us or licensed third parties. You may not copy, reproduce, or use without prior written consent.

 

7. Privacy

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and store personal information in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (including Amendment 13).

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Product Responsibility

We make every effort to ensure that product information, descriptions and images on the Site are accurate. However, colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings and lighting, and minor variations may occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damages caused by improper use of a product, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the care instructions on the product label. In any case, our liability shall be limited as set out in these Terms and the Returns, Refunds and Exchanges policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thirty Degrees (and anyone on its behalf) shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use of any product purchased on the Site.

Without limiting the above, we shall not be liable for damages caused by improper use of a product, normal wear and tear, allergic reactions or sensitivities, or failure to follow the care instructions on the product label.

Products are provided “AS IS”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our responsibility is limited to the return and refund policy above.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa.
