Returns & Refunds
Refunds
- New collection items (not on sale): refundable within 14 days from delivery.
- Sale items: refundable within 5 days from delivery.
- Refunds are accepted only for unused items in new condition, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
Exchanges
- Items may be exchanged for another item of equal value within 14 days from delivery.
- Exchanges are only accepted for unused items in original condition, in original packaging, with tags attached.
Return Process
- Returns must be made by the customer, in one of the following ways:
- Delivery to our warehouse: Ben Zvi Road 84, 6th floor, Tel Aviv.
- By post to: Ben Zvi Road 84, 6th floor, Tel Aviv, 6810431, Israel.
Cancellation Fees
- 5% of the transaction value or 100 ILS (the lower of the two).
- Orders with free shipping: customer will be charged 40 ILS shipping fee in addition to cancellation fee.
