60% Visco, 32% Reg Fiber, 8% Elasten
Gentle machine wash cold (30¡C). Do not bleach. Hang dry. Cool iron if needed.

• Delivery time: up to 5 business days from confirmation of payment and order approval.
• Deliveries are handled by third-party courier companies.
• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
• Delays caused by force majeure, strikes, holidays, heavy workload, or other circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.
• If the customer provides incorrect details or fails to receive the package, an additional shipping fee may be charged for re-delivery.
  

Refunds

• New collection items (not on sale): refundable within 14 days from delivery.
• Sale items: refundable within 5 days from delivery.
• Refunds are accepted only for unused items in new condition, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

Exchanges

• Items may be exchanged for another item of equal value within 14 days from delivery.
• Exchanges are only accepted for unused items in original condition, in original packaging, with tags attached.

Return Process

• Returns must be made by the customer, in one of the following ways:
• Delivery to our warehouse: Ben Zvi Road 84, 6th floor, Tel Aviv.
• By post to: Ben Zvi Road 84, 6th floor, Tel Aviv, 6810431, Israel.

Cancellation Fees

• 5% of the transaction value or 100 ILS (the lower of the two).
• Orders with free shipping: customer will be charged 40 ILS shipping fee in addition to cancellation fee.
